SHEAR

OPERATION:

  • Compresses the heavy and light scraps , increases their density before shearing
  • Then it shears constantly by automatic shearing with the desired cut lenght.
  • It is available to apply Diesel and Electric Motors
  • Shearing capacity is between  8  to 30 ton /hour,  Baling capacity is  10 to 35 ton/hour  depending on various Shark Series
  • Short and Strok programming  (Blades rises not more than the scrap height)
  • Remote diagnosis and repair by modem enables fast technical assistance.
  • No-contact  sensors to avoid re-calibration.
  • Lubricant filtering system for continuous operation
  • Automatic Lubrication
  • Optional Stationary – Mobile and Semi Mobile versions.
