Piranha

 OPERATION

  • Compresses the heavy -light scraps and inreases their density before shearing
  • Then it shears constantly by automatic shearing with the desired cut lenght
  • It is available to apply Diesel and Electric Motors
  • Capacity is between 6 to 60 ton /hour depending on various Piranha series
  • Enables high capacity with the continuous scrap  feeding
  • Short and Strok programming (Blades rises not more than the scrap height)
  • Remote diagnosis and repair by modem enables fast technical assistance
  • No-contact  sensors to avoid re-calibration
  • Lubricant filtering system for continuous operation
  • Automatic Lubrication
